Zdeněk Spáčil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Klack, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 7th minute, Camilo Luar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tony Backlund. The goal made the score 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Camilo Luar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tony Backlund. Edsbro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camilo Luar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With his leg Tony Backlund managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when TRABZONSPOR's Malte Rang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camilo Luar in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Backlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, Malte Rang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tony Backlund. Edsbro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Malte Rang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 22 minutes, Camilo Luar made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Edsbro's Tony Backlund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute Alf Haegg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Backlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, David Lindholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. TRABZONSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but David Lindholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Backlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camilo Luar in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Backlund saved Edsbro from getting behind. Camilo Luar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. TRABZONSPOR's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mathias Henriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Backlund having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Evert Ekman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TRABZONSPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 43 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Klack came free, but Zdeněk Spáčil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Edsbro's Per Hammarberg got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes Edsbro got a freekick which was hit by Lars Kling. Camilo Luar kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 47thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Edsbro's keeper Tony Backlund was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Luar to make the kick off. If Mathias Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 played minutes, Edsbro's Mats Törnblom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zdeněk Spáčil came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Edsbro reached it. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Edsbro's goalkeeper Tony Backlund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Edsbro getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bo Tidéksson hit a great ball. Camilo Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Tony Backlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Backlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Luar's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Camilo Luar put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tony Backlund. In the 73rd minute Mathias Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Backlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kjell Klemensson charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell Klemensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. David Lindholm might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tony Backlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Lindholm ran back to his position shaking his head. Bo Tidéksson kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Edsbro's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Haegg came free, but Tony Backlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdeněk Spáčil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Kling in the 85th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camilo Luar in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Backlund saved Edsbro from getting behind. A collision led to Edsbro getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Bo Tidéksson hit a great ball. Alf Haegg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaf Olsman hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TRABZONSPOR fully deserved thier win.
