The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, Klintehamn's goalkeeper Arne Holmberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Siöman. Karl-Johan Hafström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Evert Sjöman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arne Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Hellkvist in the 22nd minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, Klintehamn's Hampus Hamberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evert Sjöman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karl-Johan Hafström hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Arne Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Hellkvist in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hampus Hamberg was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Evert Sjöman managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Klintehamn's Hampus Hamberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Siöman in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Holmberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 56 in the game by Hampus Hamberg from a close distance when the talented Evert Sjöman managed to make a qualified save. Håcksvik's players were relieved. In the 58th minute, Kent Östman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Håcksvik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Arne Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Siöman in the 64th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Håcksvik's Kjell-Arne Hellkvist got a free kick in the 81st minute. Niklas Kjellman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Sjöman having to interfere. Ulrik Billock kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Arne Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Östman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klintehamn's Arne Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Östman in the 86th minute of play. If Karl-Johan Hafström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
