An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Törnqvist in the 4th minute of play forced Trångsviken's goalkeeper Kåre Wennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Asklund hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Inge Lindström struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Kåre Wennerlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hjorted IFK. After 12 played minutes Pontus Wennerberg rounded Trångsviken's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After 20 played minutes, Trångsviken's Jan Asklund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sivert Julin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trångsviken reached it. 27 minutes into the match, Trångsviken's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Törnqvist came free, but Kåre Wennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Söderqvist hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Daniel Söderqvist's late challenge caught a Hjorted IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Söderqvist helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Trångsviken's Daniel Söderqvist got a free kick in the 34th minute. Inge Lindström struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Kåre Wennerlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hjorted IFK. 46 minutes into the match, Trångsviken's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Törnqvist came free, but Kåre Wennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nils Törnqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Trångsviken's Tord Siggesson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sivert Julin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute of the match Pelle Bengtsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kåre Wennerlund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kåre Wennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Törnqvist in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 minutes, Tommy Stenman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hjorted IFK and the Trångsviken players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Hjorted IFK got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Stenman. Hampus Svartengren struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Sivert Julin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trångsviken. The supporters of Trångsviken booed when Hjorted IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Bengtsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Hampus Svartengren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sivert Julin was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Kåre Wennerlund came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Hjorted IFK's Pontus Wennerberg. But to his dismay, Pontus Wennerberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 82nd minute, Pontus Wennerberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kåre Wennerlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pontus Wennerberg in the 85th minute of play forced Trångsviken's goalkeeper Kåre Wennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Hjorted IFK got a corner. Trångsviken's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Inge Lindström ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Daniel Söderqvist was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. Hjorted IFK made a substitution. Martin Söder replaced Tommy Stenman. Kåre Wennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Törnqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hjorted IFK fully deserved thier win.
