Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes, Oskar Holmberg made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Smögen's Hugo Ek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Smögen's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Trillkott came free, but Hugo Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Östervåla IF's goalkeeper Gustav Ahlström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conny Ström. In the 10th minute, Arne Trillkott ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Ek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Algot Termander in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustav Ahlström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the game, Axel Hultstrand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Östervåla IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Smögen the free kick. After a rather tough play, Östervåla IF's Axel Hultstrand got a free kick in the 14th minute. Oskar Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Ek having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Vincent Askberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximilian Pihlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oskar Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Smögen's Jan Lundberg got a free kick in the 27th minute. Gustav Ahlström made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Conny Ström sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 38 minutes, Arne Trillkott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Östervåla IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arne Trillkott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Oskar Holmberg came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Östervåla IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskar Holmberg couldn't finish the play. Östervåla IF's Oskar Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Smögen's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Trillkott came free, but Hugo Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Östervåla IF's goalkeeper Gustav Ahlström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Algot Termander made a kick off. Oskar Holmberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Hugo Ek made a huge save. A collision led to Smögen getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Conny Ström hit a great ball. Östervåla IF's Oskar Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arne Trillkott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Hugo Ek made a huge save. Jonatan Hellqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Östervåla IF got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Söderström. Oskar Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Ek having to interfere. Arne Trillkott scored 0-5 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Ek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Algot Termander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 75 played minutes Smögen got a freekick which was hit by Jan Lundberg. In the 77th minute of the match Östervåla IF got a corner. Smögen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maximilian Pihlberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Roger Mattsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Smögen's Hugo Ek did a great save. In the 80th match minute, Östervåla IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Trillkott to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Ek was a little too slow when Oskar Holmberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-6. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of Smögen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Östervåla IF:s goal. Arne Trillkott walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Conny Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gustav Ahlström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Östervåla IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Smögen throughout the match.
