Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) Jan-Ove Stor made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Rydboholm's Billy Vassenius got a free kick in the 17th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Lidhult IF's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Vassenius came free, but Robin Wallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Wallman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy Vassenius in the 26th minute of play. If Petter Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Rydboholm fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Rydboholm's Billy Vassenius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Robin Wallman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Sjögren in the 38th minute of play. When Jan-Ove Stor came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Lidhult IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Ove Stor couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Rydboholm's Kalle Falkrantz got control of the ball when Harry Morat tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute Harry Morat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Falkrantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Rydboholm's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Högman came free, but Kalle Falkrantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Billy Vassenius to make the kick off. Petter Ahlbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Robin Wallman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petter Ahlbom struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Robin Wallman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rydboholm. Robin Wallman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Vassenius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 played minutes Lidhult IF got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Ove Stor. When Rydboholm's Billy Vassenius in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lidhult IF's goalie prevented a goal. Rydboholm's Petter Ahlbom got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rydboholm's Billy Vassenius in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lidhult IF's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Rydboholm booed when Lidhult IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Högman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven-Oskar Sjögren, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Sven-Oskar Sjögren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Rydboholm's Billy Vassenius ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robin Wallman. Robin Wallman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Sven-Olof Bern hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Jan-Ove Stor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rydboholm's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
