With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell Runberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kjell Runberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 19th minute of the match, Svante Holmgren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kurt Vesterberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in SPQ Carlscrown's zone, Aron Martinsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Vesterberg had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Emanuel Västberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The SPQ Carlscrown players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jakans BK were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Tim Hedin made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Fransson in the 54th minute of play forced Jakans BK's goalkeeper Kurt Vesterberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tim Hedin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjell Runberg saved SPQ Carlscrown from getting behind. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
