An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Plech in the 12th minute of play forced FC InterAmerican's goalkeeper Christian Lundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Lundin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Plech, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Ljungaverk IK's Tomas Ekenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Ljungaverk IK from getting a goal against them. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Al Bundy to strike the kick off in the second half. If Bertil Pihl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 53 minutes, Jan-Erik Myhr mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC InterAmerican and the Ljungaverk IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 56 minutes, Bertil Pihl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ljungaverk IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Pihl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Al Bundy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antoni Plech received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Christian Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Kevin Vennerlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, FC InterAmerican's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Pihl came free, but Christian Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Pihl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Valler charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michael Valler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes FC InterAmerican got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ekgren. Bertil Pihl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Lundin having to interfere. Michael Valler was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Ljungaverk IK booed when FC InterAmerican was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Valler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Al Bundy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Christian Lundin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC InterAmerican's Emanuel Ekgren got a free kick in the 94th minute. FC InterAmerican succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ljungaverk IK had controlled the match.
