Heby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hallstavik FF the free kick. In the 27th minute of the match Robert Gabrielsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lukas Linberg skillfully saved the ball. Egil Jakobsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Roger Skoog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Hallstavik FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Heby were winning 0-1.

Hallstavik FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Hake was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Valter Påk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hallstavik FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Valter Påk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukas Linberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Egil Jakobsson notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Hallstavik FF's Roger Skoog. Roger Skoog was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 79 minutes into the game, Egil Jakobsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valter Påk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tommy Hake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egil Jakobsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Roger Skoog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Heby walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
