Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Harry Lundberg made the kick off which started today's match. Patrick Hedbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Billing having to interfere. If Patrick Hedbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Hedbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Henry Billing made a huge save. Edsele IFK's Henry Billing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Thorsberg in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Hedbom got free with Henry Billing in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edsele IFK's Henry Billing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Edsele IFK from getting a goal against them. Sörberge RK's Jan-Olof Dahlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Lundberg in the 20th minute of play. Ludwig Trillkott struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Jan-Olof Dahlman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edsele IFK. Jan-Olof Dahlman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Trillkott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sörberge RK's Ingvar Thorsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Sörberge RK's Ingvar Thorsberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henry Billing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonny Björck's late challenge caught a Edsele IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonny Björck helped the player get up and apologised. Jonny Björck hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Edsele IFK's Henry Billing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Edsele IFK from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ingvar Thorsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sörberge RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Thorsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Billing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ingvar Thorsberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Henry Billing 40 minutes into the match. In the 43rd play minute Patrick Hedbom came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Henry Billing. 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingvar Thorsberg made a kick off. Ingvar Thorsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th match minute, Edsele IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Nyman to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, Edsele IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Hedbom came free, but Henry Billing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Billing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Thorsberg in the 66th minute of the match. When Patrick Hedbom came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Sörberge RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrick Hedbom couldn't finish the play. Patrick Hedbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 71 minutes of play, Sörberge RK's Ingvar Thorsberg made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Billing was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patrick Hedbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Henry Billing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Hedbom in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry Billing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Sörberge RK were the better team. Sörberge RK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
