Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Christer Eklund made the kick off and thus started the match. Sune Haegg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Norberg in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute Solberga were awarded a corner. Christer Eklund went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Solberga's Christer Eklund to fire away a dangerous shot which Sune Haegg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Solberga booed when Högsäter IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Per-Oskar Hägert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Christer Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sune Haegg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ingmar Lennartsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per-Oskar Hägert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sune Haegg having to interfere. Solberga's Andreas Tolsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Solberga from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Hägert in the 22nd minute of play forced Högsäter IK's goalkeeper Sune Haegg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Oskar Hägert struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Sune Haegg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solberga. Sune Haegg came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Solberga's Per-Oskar Hägert. But to his dismay, Per-Oskar Hägert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sune Haegg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christer Eklund's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Per-Oskar Hägert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sune Haegg having to interfere. The Högsäter IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Solberga were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingmar Lennartsson made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Ingmar Lennartsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Tolsson. Solberga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingmar Lennartsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 56th minute, Emanuel Lund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Solberga's Andreas Tolsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Lennartsson in the 60th minute of play. Rune Pilblad took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Tolsson. Andreas Tolsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 66th minute of the match Kurt Lindberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andreas Tolsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ingmar Lennartsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Högsäter IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingmar Lennartsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andreas Tolsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andreas Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Pilblad in the 79th minute of the match. Andreas Tolsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Lennartsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st match minute, Solberga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Hellkvist to maneuver through the defense. Högsäter IK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
