Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kjell Stålberg made the kick off which started today's match. Kjell Stålberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jörn Malm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Stånga IFK's Benjamin Dahlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar Bergqvist in the 7th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Vitaby IFK got a freekick which was hit by Hannes Fredriksson. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Kjell Stålberg sped through Vitaby IFK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jörn Malm. Kjell Stålberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Jörn Malm when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ola Bålström kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 21 minutes, Hannes Fredriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vitaby IFK and the Stånga IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Stånga IFK booed when Vitaby IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Fredriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjell Stålberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jörn Malm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Egon Barck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jörn Malm. Egon Barck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Stånga IFK's Benjamin Dahlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar Bergqvist in the 30th minute of play. Benjamin Dahlman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th match minute, Stånga IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Rönn to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Kjell Stålberg notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vitaby IFK's Jörn Malm. Jörn Malm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kjell Stålberg scored 4-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jörn Malm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ola Bålström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Stånga IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Borre to maneuver through the defense. When Stånga IFK's Kjell Stålberg in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vitaby IFK's goalie prevented a goal. Ola Bålström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute, Kjell Stålberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell Stålberg in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jörn Malm saved Vitaby IFK from getting behind. Stånga IFK's Benjamin Dahlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Bålström in the 72nd minute of play. Ingvar Alströmer's late challenge caught a Stånga IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Alströmer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Ingvar Alströmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 minutes of play Vitaby IFK's Ingvar Alströmer was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. It was beautiful to see Stånga IFK's Stig-Åke Ekenberg in action when he in the 80th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 82 minutes into the match, Vitaby IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Stålberg came free, but Jörn Malm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Stånga IFK's Charles Borre in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vitaby IFK's goalie prevented a goal. If Kjell Stålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Stålberg in the 91st minute of play forced Vitaby IFK's goalkeeper Jörn Malm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Vitaby IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Stålberg came free, but Jörn Malm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Kjell Stålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Malm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Stånga IFK had played much better football throughout.
