After a defensive mix-up in Mozarts Psykos's zone, Bo Collin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronny Ennegren came out of the goal and Bo Collin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Insjön IK's Daniel Broberg got a free kick in the 20th minute. Mozarts Psykos's Vilhelm Håkansson got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vidar Nordgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ronny Ennegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronny Ennegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidar Nordgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes Insjön IK got a freekick which was hit by Kåre Hermansson. A hard shot by Pål Fredriksson from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Axel Lenberg's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 36th minute Vilhelm Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Lenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes Insjön IK got a freekick which was hit by Walter Ingvall. Leonard Vidman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Joacim Karlsson kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Bo Collin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Insjön IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Axel Lenberg made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Alf Lewington sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vilhelm Håkansson was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Karl-Ove Kruuse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Axel Lenberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronny Ennegren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vidar Nordgren in the 55th minute. Axel Lenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Vidman in the 57th minute of play. After 61 minutes of play, Insjön IK's Vidar Nordgren made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronny Ennegren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mozarts Psykos's Alf Lewington got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Axel Lenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 87 played minutes, Mozarts Psykos's Pål Fredriksson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Axel Lenberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mozarts Psykos reached it. Axel Lenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Lewington in the 88th minute of play. After 90 played minutes, Mozarts Psykos's Pål Fredriksson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Axel Lenberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line.
