Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dorotea's Leif Classon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Börje Sjögren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorotea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Sjögren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Leif Classon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olov Strandberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Leif Classon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute, Leif Classon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leif Classon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Olov Strandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Sjögren in the 24th minute of play forced Lingbo's goalkeeper Olov Strandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börje Sjögren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Olov Strandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Dorotea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Hermel to maneuver through the defense. Olov Strandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Classon, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lingbo's Ingemar Borre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Börje Örtlund. That made the score 1-1 after 44 minutes of play.

Isak Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the game, Dorotea's Leif Classon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olov Strandberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Dorotea's Börje Örtlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Holm in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Lingbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Ahlin to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Leif Classon put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Olov Strandberg. Villiam Örtlund hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Lingbo's Olov Strandberg got control of the ball when Börje Sjögren tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Leif Classon notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Lingbo's Olov Strandberg. Olov Strandberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the match, Dorotea's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Borre came free, but Börje Örtlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Börje Sjögren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Folke Ahlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leif Classons short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Olov Strandberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If August Westerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Dorotea left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lingbo.
