Spectators: 3020 (Terracing: 2010, Seating: 1010, VIP seats: 0) Rydboholm's Leonardo Odén started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Odén in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rickard Giöck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Rydboholm booed when Leisure Suit Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mårten Karlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 played minutes Rydboholm got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Odén. Nils-Erik Dahlqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Giöck having to interfere. Leonardo Odén struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Rickard Giöck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rydboholm. 22 minutes into the match, Leisure Suit Club's goalkeeper Rickard Giöck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils-Erik Dahlqvist. Leonardo Odén's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Rickard Giöck skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Leisure Suit Club's August Löfgren got a free kick in the 24th minute. Leisure Suit Club's Rickard Giöck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Odén in the 32nd minute of play. Inge Ahlbeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Rickard Giöck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philip Skröder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rickard Giöck having to make a save. In the 38th minute of the match Johnny Arenstedt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rickard Giöck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Odén's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rickard Giöck was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Torsten Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Forsberg in the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joseph Skoog during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Leisure Suit Club's Frank Billvall got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Leonardo Odén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Giöck having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Bengt-Åke Giliusson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rydboholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt-Åke Giliusson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaj Forsberg to make the kick off. Rickard Giöck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Odén's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 60 minutes into the match, Leisure Suit Club's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Ahlbeck came free, but Rickard Giöck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt-Åke Giliusson hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Leisure Suit Club's zone, Inge Ahlbeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Giöck came out of the goal and Inge Ahlbeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Inge Ahlbeck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonardo Odén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Rickard Giöck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bengt-Åke Giliusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Giöck having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inge Ahlbeck during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, Inge Ahlbeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inge Ahlbeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rydboholm walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
