Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Georg Siggesson made the kick off and thus started the match. Harald Lindgren came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Asarum's Georg Siggesson. But to his dismay, Georg Siggesson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Georg Siggesson scored 0-2 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harald Lindgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute Georg Siggesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harald Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Månsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Ronny Runberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ingemar Nyman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Asarum's Ingemar Nyman got control of the ball when Emanuel Ahlfors tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute Georg Siggesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Ronny Runberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronny Runberg got free with Ingemar Nyman in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the game, Robert Bållström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asarum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sikfors the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Asarum:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sikfors:s goal. The score was 2-2 after a penalty in the 43rd minute, where Sikfors:s Stefan Östman tricked Asarum:s Ingemar Nyman with a difficult ball by the left post. Ronny Runberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Ingemar Nyman made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Ronny Runberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingemar Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Runberg in the 54th minute of play. Ronny Runberg took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ingemar Nyman. Ingemar Nyman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. If Ronny Runberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Ahlfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Ronny Runberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingemar Nyman was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Emanuel Ahlfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingemar Nyman having to interfere. Asarum's Ingemar Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Runberg in the 75th minute of play. Evert Pihlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evert Pihlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sikfors getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Evert Pihlberg hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronny Runberg in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingemar Nyman saved Asarum from getting behind. Emanuel Ahlfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ingemar Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Sikfors were the better team. Sikfors's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
