The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manfred Kjellkvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Otterbäcken IF's Gustav Löfgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentin Hedbom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evlogi Karamanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Hedbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evlogi Karamanov in the 15th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Jonatan Liljeström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åsele and the Otterbäcken IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Åsele getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albin Billing helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Otterbäcken IF booed when Åsele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Billing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manfred Kjellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greger Malmberg in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Fabian Ahlbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustav Löfgrens short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Valentin Hedbom to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 44 minutes, Fausto Frabetti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Otterbäcken IF and the Åsele players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fausto Frabetti hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustav Löfgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. During the 61st minute of the match Jonatan Liljeström completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rickard Ahlkvist got free with Manfred Kjellkvist in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Otterbäcken IF's Fabian Ahlbom got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 84th minute, Gustav Löfgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Otterbäcken IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Fabian Ahlbom charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabian Ahlbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 90 minutes in the game Patrick Drewitz got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Valentin Hedbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Löfgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rickard Ahlkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Kjellkvist having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Otterbäcken IF could leave the field as winners, despite Åsele having more of the ball for most of the match.
