In the 4th minute, Thomas Axelsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenneth Håkansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Enmanuel in the 12th minute of play forced Holmsund FF's goalkeeper Joachim Tinglöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Ivar Beckeman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21stth minute of the game Aron Lindberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holmsund FF's Joachim Tinglöv was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joachim Tinglöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Lindberg in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Holmsund FF's zone, Serafin Enmanuel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joachim Tinglöv came out of the goal and Serafin Enmanuel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, Aron Lindberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joachim Tinglöv was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 31st minute Serafin Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Tinglöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes Holmsund FF got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Edvin Fransson. Kenneth Håkansson made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Adam Ekström sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Thomas Axelsson took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Kenneth Håkansson to make any attempt to save it. Joachim Tinglöv didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafin Enmanuel went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nel Revuelta to strike the kick off in the second half. Kenneth Håkansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Uter, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Innetorp IS's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Uter came free, but Kenneth Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Uter in the 64th minute of play forced Innetorp IS's goalkeeper Kenneth Håkansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Serafin Enmanuel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Innetorp IS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holmsund FF the free kick. In the 66th match minute, Innetorp IS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Enmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Nel Revuelta was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Holmsund FF's Joachim Tinglöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Enmanuel in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Innetorp IS's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Fransson came free, but Kenneth Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nel Revuelta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivar Beckeman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Joachim Tinglöv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nel Revuelta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holmsund FF's goalkeeper Joachim Tinglöv, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
