Victor Utfal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Ramos in the 9th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cristiano Magalhães sped through THE KOP's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Utfal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Mellberg in the 13th minute of play forced Västerbo Bollbombers's goalkeeper Viktor Lang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell-Arne Lekberg in the 14th minute of play forced THE KOP's goalkeeper Victor Utfal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Olov Nyqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Lang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, Västerbo Bollbombers's Kjell-Arne Lekberg made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Utfal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 25 played minutes Västerbo Bollbombers got a freekick which was hit by Robin Strömberg. Viktor Lang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Nyqvist in the 26th minute of the match. When Nuno Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Västerbo Bollbombers's protests and gave Nuno Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Västerbo Bollbombers getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Nuno Ramos hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, THE KOP's Viktor Lang threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Olov Nyqvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in THE KOP's zone, Cristiano Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Utfal came out of the goal and Cristiano Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Utfal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 43 minutes, Cristiano Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Västerbo Bollbombers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Cristiano Magalhães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Utfal was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Valdemar Lindholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Västerbo Bollbombers's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar Lindholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Utfal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristiano Magalhães made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Kjell-Arne Lekberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victor Utfal, 0-4. Victor Utfal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Lekberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Magalhãess short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Victor Utfal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 68 minutes into the match, Cristiano Magalhães dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victor Utfal, 0-5. In the 73rd match minute, THE KOP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Nyqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th play minute Cristiano Magalhães came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Victor Utfal. 0-6. Christopher Ånger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Victor Utfal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Åke Näver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Lang having to interfere. THE KOP's Victor Utfal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Ramos in the 91st minute of play. Cristiano Magalhães struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Victor Utfal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Västerbo Bollbombers. Västerbo Bollbombers played a much better game than THE KOP and deserved their victory. The THE KOP players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
