When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Adrian Siöberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bo Säfström to make any attempt to save it. When Tim Thorsberg came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Sunne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tim Thorsberg couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes Sunne got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Bock. Ted Örnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Nässén having to interfere. FC ESPAÑA's Axel Nässén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Örnberg in the 25th minute of play. Axel Nässén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Örnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Persson in the 26th minute of play forced Sunne's goalkeeper Bo Säfström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sunne's Ted Örnberg in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC ESPAÑA's goalie prevented a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Sunne's Ted Örnberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Axel Nässén narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Axel Nässén came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sunne's Ted Örnberg. But to his dismay, Ted Örnberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

But to his dismay, Viktor Persson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. With a little luck, FC ESPAÑA's Axel Nässén got control of the ball when Åke Gråberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Åke Gråberg scored 2-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Axel Nässén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th match minute, Sunne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Bock to maneuver through the defense. Viktor Persson struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Bo Säfström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ESPAÑA. The referee ignored Sunne's protests and gave Tim Thorsberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Tim Thorsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as FC ESPAÑA had held the ball for most of the match.
