Erling Hedlund started the match with the kick off. Baylake Blues's Jack Sjöman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Baylake Blues from getting a goal against them. Marc Pilberg's late challenge caught a FC Snedspark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Pilberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Baylake Blues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Pilberg to maneuver through the defense. Marc Pilberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joshua Kenney's late challenge caught a FC Snedspark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joshua Kenney helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Baylake Blues's Joshua Kenney got a free kick in the 14th minute. During the 18th minute of the match Joshua Kenney completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Joshua Kenney a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to FC Snedspark getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Marcus Mårtensson hit a great ball. Fabian Valler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Božidar Kralj having to make a save. In the 22nd minute, Baylake Blues's Koen Schutrups seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Koen Schutrups the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Baylake Blues protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Koen Schutrups had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Baylake Blues getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Koen Schutrups hit a great ball. Jack Sjöman acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Stig-Åke Hult. After having played for 24 minutes, Stig-Åke Hult managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Snedspark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Åke Hult was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gunnar Engström charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gunnar Engström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes FC Snedspark got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Engström. The supporters of Baylake Blues booed when FC Snedspark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baybora Tenzil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Valler struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Božidar Kralj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baylake Blues. Stig-Åke Hult fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Sjöman having to interfere. If Stig-Åke Hult had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig-Åke Hult blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jack Sjöman having to make a save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Joacim Vallman charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joacim Vallman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes FC Snedspark got a freekick which was hit by Joacim Vallman. Erling Hedlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bo Blom kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Stig-Åke Hult had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Baylake Blues defense, Erling Hedlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jack Sjöman. The Baylake Blues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jack Sjöman should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute Erling Hedlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Sjöman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Baylake Blues's goal looked a bit too open when Wilton Felder came free, but Jack Sjöman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Valler struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Božidar Kralj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baylake Blues. In the 76th match minute, FC Snedspark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Biörkquist to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Baylake Blues's Bo Blom got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Erling Hedlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Snedspark's supporters rose to their feet, but Erling Hedlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jack Sjöman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stig-Åke Hult sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jack Sjöman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Hedlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Baylake Blues's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Åke Hult came free, but Jack Sjöman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Baylake Blues's Fabian Valler got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Snedspark had won after a very even match.
