An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Nyberg in the 4th minute of play forced Gibra FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Lazcano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Emanuel Algren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolo Lazcano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 10 minutes, Stephen Colbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gibra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephen Colbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartolo Lazcano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Alebäck in the 14th minute of the match. Javiar Bentisca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute of the match, Stephen Colbert got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jens-Åke Lidström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Partille IK's zone, Javiar Bentisca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Åke Lidström came out of the goal and Javiar Bentisca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Stephen Colbert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens-Åke Lidström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javiar Bentisca in the 31st minute of the match. When Stephen Colbert came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Gibra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stephen Colbert couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Partille IK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Javiar Bentisca fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Javiar Bentisca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Åke Lidström having to make a save. Stephen Colbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gibra FC had played much better football throughout.
