Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) FC White Mountain's Mark Johansson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Kevin Åström made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC White Mountain's Gösta Wahlnäs tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gösta Wahlnäs stood somewhat misplaced when Kevin Åström came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 16 minute. Kevin Åström in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gösta Wahlnäs, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Christian Sefastsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mark Johansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC White Mountain booed when Rinkaby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Stolpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mark Johansson came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the FC White Mountain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Johansson couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Andreas Stolpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Rinkaby's Sven-Åke Engman got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jonatan Wickander hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Kevin Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rinkaby's Andreas Stolpe got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonatan Wickander hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Jimmie Westerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Högman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Åström might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gösta Wahlnäs. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kevin Åström ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kevin Åström to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Christian Sefastsson suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Rinkaby made a substitution. Johan Benett replaced Christian Sefastsson. Jonatan Wickander hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Kevin Åström scored 4-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gösta Wahlnäs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kevin Åström struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Gösta Wahlnäs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rinkaby. When Andreas Stolpe came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Rinkaby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Stolpe couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Kevin Åström put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gösta Wahlnäs. Kevin Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kevin Åström in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gösta Wahlnäs saved FC White Mountain from getting behind. When Isaac Gustafsson fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC White Mountain's protests and gave Isaac Gustafsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 86 minutes, Kevin Åström made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC White Mountain's Gösta Wahlnäs tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FC White Mountain's zone, Kevin Åström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gösta Wahlnäs came out of the goal and Kevin Åström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute of the match Alexander Wiman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gösta Wahlnäs skillfully saved the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rinkaby had played much better football throughout.
