Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kent Almkvist kicked off to start the match. Elliott Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Tobias Larsfelt scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kennet Mickelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Salbohed defense, Hans Ekegren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kennet Mickelsson. The Salbohed fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kennet Mickelsson should have stopped the shot. In the 16th minute, Kurt Glad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekhagen FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Kent Almkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salbohed's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Almkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferruccio Lauria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the game, Ekhagen FF's Axel Ström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kennet Mickelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans Ekegren in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kennet Mickelsson saved Salbohed from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Salbohed's Kent Almkvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Axel Ström took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kennet Mickelsson. Kennet Mickelsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. In the 34th minute, Axel Ström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekhagen FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Kennet Mickelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliott Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Ström in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kennet Mickelsson saved Salbohed from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvar Björkqvist got free with Ferruccio Lauria in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Ström in the 52nd minute of play forced Salbohed's goalkeeper Kennet Mickelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurt Glad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Kennet Mickelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Thomas Vennerlund fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salbohed's protests and gave Thomas Vennerlund a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Salbohed got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Vennerlund. With a little luck, Salbohed's Kennet Mickelsson got control of the ball when Kurt Glad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hans Ekegren might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kennet Mickelsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hans Ekegren ran back to his position shaking his head. Sverker Jansson hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Thomas Vennerlund was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. Kurt Glad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kennet Mickelsson having to make a save. Salbohed's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Axel Ström scored to the left of an out of position Kennet Mickelsson, making the score, 1-8. Kennet Mickelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 93 minutes into the match, Salbohed's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Ström came free, but Kennet Mickelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Salbohed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Almkvist to maneuver through the defense. Axel Ström struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Kennet Mickelsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ekhagen FF. Ekhagen FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
