Spectators: 7130 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Dalkurd FF's Adam Berglund started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Dalkurd FF defense, Sven-Olof Strömqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sverker Jansson. The Dalkurd FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sverker Jansson should have stopped the shot. Adam Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Billing having to interfere. Börje Billing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Mickelsson in the 20th minute of play. Dalkurd FF's Andreas Ekegren managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leo Gullesson in the 21 minute of the game. Bjursås RK's Börje Billing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Bjursås RK from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute Karl-Axel Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes in the game Erland Wallman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sven-Erik Skark. Sven-Olof Strömqvist took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sverker Jansson. Sverker Jansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 43 minutes into the match, Dalkurd FF's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Lund came free, but Sverker Jansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Stig-Arne Berg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalkurd FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bjursås RK the free kick. Bjursås RK's Marko Lund got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sverker Jansson came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Bjursås RK's Sven-Olof Strömqvist. But to his dismay, Sven-Olof Strömqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Olof Strömqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Ulf Österlund's late challenge caught a Dalkurd FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulf Österlund helped the player get up and apologised. 61 minutes into the match, Marko Lund notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Dalkurd FF's Sverker Jansson. Sverker Jansson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dalkurd FF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Harry Wennerquist 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. With a little luck, Dalkurd FF's Sverker Jansson got control of the ball when Marko Lund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olle Torstensson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sverker Jansson. Dalkurd FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 80th minute, Sven-Olof Strömqvist made a precise shot to the right of Sverker Jansson. Dalkurd FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Sverker Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Axel Dahlberg in the 83rd minute of play. Harry Wennerquist scored 1-9 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sverker Jansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
