Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Isaac Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Gösta Walroth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Ove Dahlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Joakim Skoog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joakim Skoog in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Ove Dahlberg saved Zinkgruvan from getting behind. Sven-Ove Dahlberg came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Granö's Joakim Skoog. But to his dismay, Joakim Skoog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Isaac Jonsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zinkgruvan were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Granö's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erik Bruse took the corner. The corner led Zinkgruvan's Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Isaac Jonsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Löfkvist during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Granö got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Löfkvist. If William Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alexander Stenqvist fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zinkgruvan's protests and gave Alexander Stenqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Eddie Pedersson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 47th minute Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Jonsson was out of position in the 49 minute of play, and Verner Martinsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Verner Martinsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joakim Skoog to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Zinkgruvan's William Bergman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaac Jonsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Jonsson having to interfere. Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaac Jonsson. Isaac Jonsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. After 70 played minutes Zinkgruvan got a freekick which was hit by Mats Lingren. Gösta Walroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Ove Dahlberg having to interfere. Sven-Ove Dahlberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 78th minute, which inside left pole to 4-3. In the 86th minute, Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zinkgruvan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. Isaac Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Staffan Björklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Granö's Isaac Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Vennerkvist in the 92nd minute of play.
