The supporters of Vätterstad booed when Kamikaze F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Tunström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Vätterstad's goalkeeper Josef Wästerberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Majman. After 14 minutes, Bo-Erik Lingren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vätterstad and the Kamikaze F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes, Kamikaze F.C. 's Östen Bjursell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josef Wästerberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kamikaze F.C. reached it. In the 17th minute, Jonatan Skog made a precise shot to the right of Fred Högberg. Kamikaze F.C. 's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jonatan Skog stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Kamikaze F.C. 's defenders and the ball went out. Vätterstad appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. Jonatan Skog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fred Högberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrik Wästerberg placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 31 minutes into the game, Kjell Josefsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vätterstad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kamikaze F.C. the free kick. In the 31st match minute, Vätterstad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. Johan Tunström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Josef Wästerberg. Vätterstad's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 34th minute, Dan Holmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Kamikaze F.C. 's zone, Jonatan Skog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Högberg came out of the goal and Jonatan Skog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the match, Benjamin Fredriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fred Högberg. Kamikaze F.C. 's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin Fredriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Holmberg got free with Josef Wästerberg in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Josef Wästerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Kellman in the 44th minute of the match. Dan Holmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Jonatan Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Högberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddie Kellman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Vätterstad getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Tony Sjöström hit a great ball. The supporters of Kamikaze F.C. booed when Vätterstad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Carlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Vätterstad getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bo-Erik Lingren hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Kellman in the 59th minute of play forced Vätterstad's goalkeeper Josef Wästerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Högberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Skog in the 65th minute. Benjamin Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Vätterstad's Fred Högberg threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benjamin Fredriksson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Josef Wästerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Majman in the 78th minute of the match. A hard shot 80 in the game by Jonatan Skog from a close distance when the talented Fred Högberg managed to make a qualified save. Kamikaze F.C. 's players were relieved. In the 81st minute of the match Per-Arne Pettersson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fred Högberg skillfully saved the ball. Fred Högberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kjell Josefsson. In the 89thth minute of the game Eddie Kellman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vätterstad's Josef Wästerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kamikaze F.C. 's zone, Benjamin Fredriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Högberg came out of the goal and Benjamin Fredriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Lucas Majman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Vätterstad left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kamikaze F.C. .
