After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Lindberg to make the kick off. The Solna AIK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sivert Pil should have stopped the shot. In the 90th match minute, Torshälla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Mager to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the match, Adam Söderman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sivert Pil. Solna AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Söderman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Torshälla walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
