With a little luck, Sjulsmark IK's William Västerberg got control of the ball when Matthijs De Ligt tried to sneak it across the goal line. William Västerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Andberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Sjulsmark IK's goalkeeper William Västerberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthijs De Ligt. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oskar Arvidsson in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georg Lund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matthijs De Ligt took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised William Västerberg. William Västerberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, Sjulsmark IK's goalkeeper William Västerberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gösta Andberg. Georg Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Emil Ekeroth might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georg Lund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emil Ekeroth ran back to his position shaking his head. Christian Hamnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Georg Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sjulsmark IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Koch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tom Lange to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Hamnberg had several of the Til I Die's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Georg Lund as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Oskar Arvidsson sped through Til I Die's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Georg Lund. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Tom Lange managed to get in a good position for a shot. Til I Die's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom Lange was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Västerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. William Västerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Lange in the 61st minute of play. Ludwig Fribäck hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Georg Lund made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Oskar Arvidsson sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Zebastian Holmgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Georg Lund. Til I Die's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zebastian Holmgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Roy Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Matthijs De Ligt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 77 minutes, Matthijs De Ligt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Til I Die's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matthijs De Ligt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Oskar Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Hamnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Sjulsmark IK's Zebastian Holmgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Georg Lund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zebastian Holmgren got free with Georg Lund in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christian Hamnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Sjulsmark IK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Til I Die throughout the match.
