Spectators: 6995 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 1) Saurow's Sune Björnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Lindell in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Saurow's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Lindell came free, but Sune Björnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th play minute Egil Nordin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nils Grelsson. 1-0. In the 10th minute Egil Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Grelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Malcolm Lindell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Värnhem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Malcolm Lindell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Värnhem's Nils Grelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Nordin in the 16th minute of play. Nils Grelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egil Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Edvin Tillman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Nils Grelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 played minutes FC Värnhem got a freekick which was hit by Robert Jansson. 20 minutes into the match, August Ahlroht sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Nils Grelsson threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for August Ahlroht this time. In the 24thth minute of the game Egil Nordin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Värnhem's Nils Grelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Saurow booed when FC Värnhem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saurow's Edvin Tillman got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sune Björnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Lindell in the 30th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Saurow defense, Roger Runberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sune Björnsson. The Saurow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sune Björnsson should have stopped the shot. After 34 played minutes Saurow got a freekick which was hit by Axel Benet. When Roger Runberg fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Värnhem's protests and gave Roger Runberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Värnhem's Roger Runberg got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Malcolm Lindell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Björnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malcolm Lindell took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sune Björnsson. Sune Björnsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.

Nils Grelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Tillman, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 55 played minutes Saurow got a freekick which was hit by Casper Björklund. The audience was convinced that Egil Nordin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils Grelsson was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, Saurow's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Runberg came free, but Sune Björnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sune Björnsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Michael Strömberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 69 minute of play. In the 76th minute, Edvin Tillman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Saurow's Edvin Tillman in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Värnhem's goalie prevented a goal. Egil Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Roger Runberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sune Björnsson. Roger Runberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. 88 minutes into the match, FC Värnhem's goal looked a bit too open when Egil Nordin came free, but Nils Grelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Egil Nordin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sune Björnsson was a little too slow when Malcolm Lindell got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 2-6. When the final whistle went the supporters of FC Värnhem were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Saurow side.
