After a rather tough play, Mariefred's Nils-Emil Bergström got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Mark Broman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgny Grep having to interfere. Axel Dahlqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Waller. Mariefred's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 22nd play minute Wiktor Sjöström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Torgny Grep. 2-1. Wiktor Sjöström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Torgny Grep made a huge save. Torgny Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Broman, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Torgny Grep made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Uno Bammerman sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Waller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Anselius in the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Riksgränsen's goalkeeper Torgny Grep, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wiktor Sjöström did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Torgny Grep 39 minutes into the match. Torgny Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Broman, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Bror Fribäck kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Wiktor Sjöström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Wiktor Sjöström made a precise shot to the right of Torgny Grep. Riksgränsen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Torgny Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Broman in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Arvin Jönsson made a precise shot to the right of Torgny Grep. Riksgränsen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Torgny Grep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uno Bammerman in the 78th minute of the match.
