Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Håkan Hydén got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Noraström IK's goalkeeper Magnus Håkansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Ulf Nord hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute of the match Mårten Tönnberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magnus Håkansson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Håkan Hydén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sören Ahlbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reine Springfält having to interfere. After 19 played minutes, Noraström IK's Joar Karlberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reine Springfält came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Noraström IK reached it. Håkan Hydén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ove Stål had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reine Springfält stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sören Ahlbom's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. If Sören Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Kjell Asplund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Noraström IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell Asplund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reine Springfält breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Georg Öman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Reine Springfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute of the match, Sören Ahlbom tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Reine Springfält saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Sören Ahlbom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reine Springfält was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Sören Ahlbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reine Springfält having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Sören Ahlbom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reine Springfält. Sören Ahlbom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sören Ahlbom to strike the kick off in the second half. If Kjell Asplund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Noraström IK booed when Skee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Nord didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Skee's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Ahlbom came free, but Reine Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Sören Ahlbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sören Ahlbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Reine Springfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sören Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ulf Nord fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skee's protests and gave Ulf Nord a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Skee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Nord to maneuver through the defense. Ulf Nord was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Skee getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ulf Nord hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Skee's zone, Sören Ahlbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reine Springfält came out of the goal and Sören Ahlbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kjell Asplund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reine Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Ahlbom in the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Skee's Adam Söderberg got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skee's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sven-Olof Bergdal was slow to take the kick. During this time Noraström IK's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Noraström IK's corner Sven-Olof Bergdal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Reine Springfält quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Noraström IK's Magnus Håkansson got control of the ball when Ove Stål tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Noraström IK had won after a very even match.
