After a defensive mix-up in Rosersberg IK's zone, Joakim Anselius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Dalberg came out of the goal and Joakim Anselius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luís Nunes had several of the Rosersberg IK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Emil Dalberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 12th match minute, Rosersberg IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Fagrell to maneuver through the defense. Emil Dalberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Utter in the 17th minute of the match. Joakim Anselius struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Emil Dalberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK1904. Emil Dalberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Anselius in the 26th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, IFK1904's Luís Nunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Dalberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The IFK1904 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Odin was the one to do the kick off. Kjell-Arne Bålström kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Jens-Ola Lindholm kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Joakim Anselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Kruse in the 64th minute of play forced IFK1904's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Herman Kruse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Oskar Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Ragnar Fanström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, IFK1904's Ragnar Fanström got a free kick in the 79th minute.
