The referee ignored Trönödal IF's protests and gave Christer Duset a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Trönödal IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Duset didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edward Kiempe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Kenny Mossberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jörgen Löfgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Trönödal IF had won after a very even match.
