Ingmar Korra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Klas Larsfelt. AC Milan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ivan Lind kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Bengt-Åke Lööf who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Per-Olof Kielstedt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 12 minutes, Arne Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Milan's Klas Larsfelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Jonasson in the 60th minute of play. Harald Jonasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Klas Larsfelt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harald Jonasson ran back to his position shaking his head. Klas Larsfelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Jonasson in the 64th minute of the match. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, AC Milan's Patrik Björkqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per-Olof Kielstedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
