Sixten Höijer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Fernström in the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Sydkoster booed when Simlångsdalen FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Österberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sixten Höijer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Kiempe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sydkoster's Dag Gustafsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Sydkoster from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute, Aron Blomkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Per-Oskar Strömberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dag Gustafsson. The goal made the score 1-0. Niclas Ennegren's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dag Gustafsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. 33 minutes into the game, Niclas Ennegren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dag Gustafsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Harald Fernström took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixten Höijer. Sixten Höijer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 44th minute, Sydkoster's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Niclas Ennegren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gert Andersson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Stenqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Arda Göksel Sözen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simlångsdalen FF were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Sydkoster's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Stenqvist took the corner. Simlångsdalen FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Rickard Kiempe scored to the left of an out of position Sixten Höijer, making the score, 2-2. If Per-Oskar Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Simlångsdalen FF's Niclas Ennegren in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sydkoster's goalie prevented a goal. Dag Gustafsson came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Simlångsdalen FF's Douglas Hamberg. But to his dismay, Douglas Hamberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Niclas Ennegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dag Gustafsson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Stenqvist in the 85th minute of play forced Sydkoster's goalkeeper Dag Gustafsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Per-Oskar Strömberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Dag Gustafsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Sydkoster getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Arda Göksel Sözen hit a great ball.
