Bengt Wallman ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus Dahlqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vänge's Joar Haraldsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Dahlqvist in the 13th minute of play. Bengt Wallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vänge's Bengt Wallman got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Marcus Dahlqvist sped through Vänge's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joar Haraldsson. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Ludvig Törnqvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vänge's zone, Marcus Dahlqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joar Haraldsson came out of the goal and Marcus Dahlqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Marcus Dahlqvist made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rune Falkrantz during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Södertälje FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 50th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Vänge's zone, Marcus Dahlqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joar Haraldsson came out of the goal and Marcus Dahlqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Dalgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sune Gustafsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Wallman in the 72nd minute of the match. Andreas Dalgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joar Haraldsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andreas Dalgren ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus Dahlqvist struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Joar Haraldsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Södertälje FF. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Marcus Dahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Södertälje FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Dahlqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joar Haraldsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joar Haraldsson made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Andreas Dalgren sent off a good shot on target. Vänge's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Marcus Dahlqvist scored to the left of an out of position Joar Haraldsson, making the score, 2-3. Mårten Engström kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The Södertälje FF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
