Robert Löfkvist had in the 14thth minute some difficulties stopping Vidar Flinck's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Andreas Bremming fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Löv having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Jörgen Ek made a precise shot to the right of Valdemar Löv. Röstånga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Röstånga's Sonny Söderman got a free kick in the 26th minute. Dan Wallgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egil Fernkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Valdemar Löv made a huge save. With a little luck, Röstånga's Valdemar Löv got control of the ball when Jörgen Ek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Röstånga's Valdemar Löv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Ek in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Dan Wallgren could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Valdemar Löv however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Röstånga getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Vidar Flinck hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the game, Dan Wallgren lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Valdemar Löv. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Morgan Dusett stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Egil Fernkvist shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Röstånga's Valdemar Löv to catch but Egil Fernkvist was lucky. It became 4-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Wallgren in the 60th minute of play forced Röstånga's goalkeeper Valdemar Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sonny Söderman was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. In the 67th minute, Sonny Söderman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Rutkowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Robert Löfkvist could save by the left post. Valdemar Löv didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Wallgren went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Börje Ahlroht got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jörgen Ek. Damian Rutkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Löfkvist having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Damian Rutkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
