In the 8th minute of the match Trångsviken IFK got a corner. Boyka Boys FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Georg Berg ran over to the corner to take the kick. 10 minutes into the match, Boyka Boys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Sjögren came free, but Bengt Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Boyka Boys FC defense, Georg Sjögren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt Abrahamsson. The Boyka Boys FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt Abrahamsson should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Trångsviken IFK booed when Boyka Boys FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Modig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Sjögren in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Trångsviken IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Vestlund came free, but Joakim Hammarström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Trångsviken IFK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Niklas Magnusson hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Georg Sjögren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Lidman in the 27th minute of play forced Boyka Boys FC's goalkeeper Bengt Abrahamsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Georg Sjögren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Georg Sjögren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt Abrahamsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Martin Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Georg Sjögren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Kjell Blomkvist made a precise shot to the right of Bengt Abrahamsson. Boyka Boys FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 43 minutes into the match, Trångsviken IFK's Georg Sjögren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt Abrahamsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mats Vestlund was the one to do the kick off. Ingvar Ingemarsson's late challenge caught a Trångsviken IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Ingemarsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Boyka Boys FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ingvar Ingemarsson hit a great ball. Georg Sjögren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bengt Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Modig hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Trångsviken IFK's Joakim Hammarström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Vestlund in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Boyka Boys FC got a freekick which was hit by Sven Engman. After a rather tough play, Trångsviken IFK's Georg Berg got a free kick in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georg Sjögren in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bengt Abrahamsson saved Boyka Boys FC from getting behind. 78 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Trångsviken IFK's Georg Sjögren fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Axel Kuse in the 81st minute of play forced Trångsviken IFK's goalkeeper Joakim Hammarström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Lidman in the 84th minute of the match. Trångsviken IFK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
