The supporters of Sjulsmark FK booed when Målilla FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Emander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Granström kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Leonard Lindblom struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Fredric Lundström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Målilla FK. Sjulsmark FK's Fredric Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Lindblom in the 15th minute of play. If Robert Kaxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Kaxe got free with Fredric Lundström in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonides Jerold might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Malte Pettersson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonides Jerold ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the match, Sjulsmark FK's Leonides Jerold sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Malte Pettersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Målilla FK's zone, Leonides Jerold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malte Pettersson came out of the goal and Leonides Jerold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonides Jerold struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Malte Pettersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjulsmark FK. Malte Pettersson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Östen Blomberg went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Malte Pettersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonides Jerold's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Jerold in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malte Pettersson saved Målilla FK from getting behind. If Leonides Jerold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Östen Blomberg came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Sjulsmark FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Östen Blomberg couldn't finish the play. The Målilla FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sjulsmark FK were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonides Jerold made a kick off. After some careless play in the Målilla FK defense, Leonides Jerold kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Malte Pettersson. The Målilla FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Malte Pettersson should have stopped the shot. Dag Finman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Pettersson having to interfere. A hard shot 59 in the game by Leonides Jerold from a close distance when the talented Malte Pettersson managed to make a qualified save. Målilla FK's players were relieved. Fredric Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Kaxe in the 63rd minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Sjulsmark FK's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Kaxe came free, but Fredric Lundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Sjulsmark FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Blomberg to maneuver through the defense. Robert Kaxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredric Lundström having to interfere. When Östen Blomberg came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Sjulsmark FK fans jumped to their feet. Leszek Skrzypek didn't quite understand what happened when in the 88 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After having played for 90 minutes, Leonides Jerold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sjulsmark FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Jerold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonides Jerold in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Malte Pettersson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Leonides Jerold came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Sjulsmark FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonides Jerold couldn't finish the play. Sjulsmark FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
