Spectators: 7239 (Terracing: 5431, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rune Biörkman got the match started through his kick off. Peter Salqvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elliott Engström could save by the left post. Elliott Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Biörkman in the 7th minute of the match. If Tage Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Visseltofta's Stig-Arne Anundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tage Öberg in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Eklund in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Arne Anundsson saved Visseltofta from getting behind. Stig-Arne Anundsson came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Furudal's Tage Öberg. But to his dismay, Tage Öberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rune Biörkman's late challenge caught a Furudal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rune Biörkman helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes Visseltofta got a freekick which was hit by Rune Biörkman. When Furudal's Tage Öberg in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Visseltofta's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute Rune Biörkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Furudal's Esbjörn Björnberg got a free kick in the 29th minute. Furudal's Elliott Engström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Furudal from getting a goal against them. Tage Öberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig-Arne Anundsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Peter Salqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Elliott Engström made a huge save. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Furudal! Edmund Fogel placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 42nd play minute Peter Salqvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elliott Engström. 1-1. The audience was convinced that Daniel Eklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig-Arne Anundsson was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. In the 48th minute, Daniel Eklund made a precise shot to the right of Stig-Arne Anundsson. Visseltofta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After the first half Furudal were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Eklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ragnar Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adrian Larsson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Furudal's Elliott Engström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Salqvist in the 60th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Eklund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stig-Arne Anundsson. That made the score 1-3 in the 62 minute of play. Oliver Kilstedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stig-Arne Anundsson having to make a save. Daniel Eklund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stig-Arne Anundsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Eklund slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 84th minute. Daniel Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Stig-Arne Anundsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game Daniel Eklund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Visseltofta's Stig-Arne Anundsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivar Albäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elliott Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Biörkman in the 96th minute of play.
