A collision led to Brunsås IF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Benjamin Brodin hit a great ball. Fred Sundström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sal Rowley. Färgelanda's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. August Lindblom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Sal Rowley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell August Lindblom to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Färgelanda's goalkeeper Sal Rowley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jim Näfver. After a rather tough play, Brunsås IF's Frank Brovall got a free kick in the 57th minute.
