Anderslöv FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Cane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Bållström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th match minute, Anderslöv FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernt Anundsson to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Byxelkrok BK got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Svanberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Lind got free with Gabriel Bållström in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Bållström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Cane in the 87th minute of play. With his leg Gabriel Bållström managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Anderslöv FF's Karl-Ove Hammarberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Anderslöv FF played a much better game than Byxelkrok BK and deserved their victory. The Byxelkrok BK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
