Mikael Kämpe hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute of the match Başar Özerek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Konrad Nyqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Kjell Karlsson fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bara RK's protests and gave Kjell Karlsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th match minute, Bara RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Karlsson to maneuver through the defense. Torsten Västerberg took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Nyqvist. Konrad Nyqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 16 played minutes Bara RK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Wållander. 17 minutes into the match, Guapaboys's Alfredo Mirande sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Konrad Nyqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Alfredo Mirande made a precise shot to the right of Konrad Nyqvist. Bara RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Mattias Klack recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Mirande in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konrad Nyqvist saved Bara RK from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Mirande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konrad Nyqvist was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Konrad Nyqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Mirande's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Vidar Hydén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Brogren, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Brogren to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Mirande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konrad Nyqvist was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Konrad Nyqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Mirande in the 59th minute. A hard shot by Placido Lamberto from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Konrad Nyqvist's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Alfredo Mirande succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 70th playminute. Alfredo Mirande was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Torsten Västerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Konrad Nyqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Mirandes short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Konrad Nyqvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Guapaboys's Torsten Västerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Martin Brogren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vidar Hydén was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The supporters of Guapaboys booed when Bara RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Kämpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Torsten Västerberg came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Guapaboys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torsten Västerberg couldn't finish the play. 97 minutes into the match, Guapaboys's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Brogren came free, but Vidar Hydén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Guapaboys could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bara RK throughout the match.
