After a rather tough play, Gärdet Flyers's Hans Hedlund got a free kick in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Sten Hellström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stig-Ove Sandell, 3-0. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Gärdet Flyers's Hans Hedlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stig-Ove Sandell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gösta Hansson was the one to do the kick off. Stig-Ove Sandell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sten Hellström in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Ove Sandell saved Penisar FK from getting behind.
