Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Osvald Örtlund made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Arne Engström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute Samuel Ahlstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Per Abelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ian Glad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Pil having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Olofströms AIF got a freekick which was hit by Aron Vennerkvist. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jimmy Thorsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hallabro's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimmy Thorsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Pil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Hallabro's Ian Glad got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Ian Glad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hallabro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olofströms AIF the free kick. The supporters of Olofströms AIF booed when Hallabro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Glad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Folke Klack hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ian Glad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Pil having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Hallabro's goal looked a bit too open when Osvald Örtlund came free, but Robert Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvald Örtlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Gunnarsson having to interfere. Gustav Pil made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Jimmy Thorsberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute Ian Glad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Pil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Gustav Pil throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ian Glad in the 45thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After the first half Olofströms AIF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Ian Glad made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Hallabro's Jimmy Thorsberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustav Pil was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jimmy Thorsberg came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Hallabro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmy Thorsberg couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the match, Hallabro's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Öberg came free, but Robert Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ian Glad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustav Pil was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Ian Glad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustav Pil having to make a save. Olofströms AIF's Gustav Pil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Thorsberg in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Jimmy Thorsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hallabro's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimmy Thorsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Pil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ulf Mellbad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Pil having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per-Åke Mårtensson during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Per-Åke Mårtensson hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Olofströms AIF got a freekick which was hit by Aron Vennerkvist. When Arne Engström came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Hallabro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Engström couldn't finish the play. Robert Gunnarsson was a little too slow when Patrick Öberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Folke Klack during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robert Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Öberg in the 92nd minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Olofströms AIF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
