Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ivar Öfverman kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Ivar Öfverman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Bergkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Backe getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Wictor Svanér hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Backe's Leonard Byström got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Arsenal roovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Tidéksson to maneuver through the defense. Wictor Svanér could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jarl Bergkvist made a huge save. Backe's Leonard Byström got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arsenal roovers's Jan Haraldsson suffered a sore foot after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Leonard Duset charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Duset the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jarl Bergkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wictor Svanér in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes of play, Backe's Leonard Duset made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarl Bergkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Backe's Ivar Öfverman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ivar Öfverman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jarl Bergkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, Arsenal roovers's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Öfverman came free, but Jarl Bergkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Westerstrand hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Joel Westerstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Arsenal roovers's goal looked a bit too open when Wictor Svanér came free, but Jarl Bergkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Algot Ivarsson in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Arsenal roovers's Alvin Hammarbäck. Wictor Svanér took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarl Bergkvist. Jarl Bergkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 70th minute, Arsenal roovers's Niclas Vennerström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. In the 75th match minute, Arsenal roovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Benet to maneuver through the defense. Jarl Bergkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wictor Svanér, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Wictor Svanér recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jarl Bergkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Öfverman in the 83rd minute of play. Leonard Byström's late challenge caught a Arsenal roovers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonard Byström helped the player get up and apologised. Wictor Svanér took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarl Bergkvist. Jarl Bergkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Arsenal roovers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
