The coaching staff of HallonSaft BK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rolf Stenkvist had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 10 minutes into the game, one of HallonSaft BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 14 minutes into the match, Grantomta BK's Joseph Anselius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mevlüt Okatay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mevlüt Okatay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Jakobsson in the 17th minute of the match. Emil Dahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Arhenius in the 21st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Joseph Anselius kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mevlüt Okatay. That made the score 3-1 in the 48 minute of play.

Joseph Anselius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Edvard Pihlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the HallonSaft BK defense, Edvard Pihlberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mevlüt Okatay. The HallonSaft BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mevlüt Okatay should have stopped the shot. Joseph Anselius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mevlüt Okatay having to interfere. Edvard Pihlberg took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mevlüt Okatay. Mevlüt Okatay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl Gerdberg during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Grantomta BK getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Karl Gerdberg hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the game, Grantomta BK's Karl Gerdberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mevlüt Okatay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joseph Anselius in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mevlüt Okatay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karl Gerdberg took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mevlüt Okatay. Mevlüt Okatay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. The supporters of HallonSaft BK booed when Grantomta BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Gerdberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Birger Pihlwall sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Grantomta BK's Emil Dahlquist didn't even have to move. Grantomta BK's Emil Dahlquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Grantomta BK from getting a goal against them. After 92 played minutes Grantomta BK got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Västerstrand. 97 minutes into the match, Grantomta BK's Edvard Pihlberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mevlüt Okatay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that Grantomta BK were the better team. Grantomta BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
