Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Torsten Bratt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Stig Norström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Rävlanda's Torsten Bratt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nils-Emil Zander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Bratt in the 12th minute of play forced Björbo RK's goalkeeper Nils-Emil Zander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Stig Norström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Emil Zander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Åke Lundin made a precise shot to the right of Thor Kilman. Rävlanda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Manfred Nordström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torsten Bratt in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Emil Zander saved Björbo RK from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Björbo RK's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Norström came free, but Nils-Emil Zander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Norström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Emil Zander having to interfere. Torsten Bratt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Emil Zander having to interfere. Nils-Emil Zander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torsten Bratt's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manfred Nordström to strike the kick off in the second half. Nils-Emil Zander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Bratt, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Rävlanda's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Lundin came free, but Thor Kilman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torsten Bratt might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nils-Emil Zander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torsten Bratt ran back to his position shaking his head. When Torsten Bratt came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Rävlanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torsten Bratt couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Bratt in the 67th minute of play forced Björbo RK's goalkeeper Nils-Emil Zander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Torsten Bratt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rävlanda's supporters rose to their feet, but Torsten Bratt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils-Emil Zander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stig Norström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nils-Emil Zander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 77 minutes, Stig Norström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rävlanda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig Norström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Torsten Bratt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 played minutes Björbo RK got a freekick which was hit by Sonny Ekström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig Norström got free with Nils-Emil Zander in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nils-Emil Zander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Bratt in the 90th minute of the match. Patrik Håkansson hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Stig-Arne Fristedt held his arms out in dispair when he, after a nice solo performance in the 95th minute, finished the attack by shooting the ball on the wrong side of the right post. When the final whistle sounded Rävlanda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Björbo RK.
