Svenstavik's Albert Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Thedin in the 9th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Lilla edet BK's Jörgen Thedin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Albert Stephansson. Albert Stephansson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Ivan Lindholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Albert Stephansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudolf Karlsson in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Wästerberg saved Lilla edet BK from getting behind. Lucas Wästerberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rudolf Karlsson went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Lilla edet BK's Jörgen Thedin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Albert Stephansson. Albert Stephansson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. After 35 minutes of play, Lilla edet BK's Ivan Lindholm made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Stephansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivan Lindholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Albert Stephansson made a huge save. Henry Bäcklin charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Bäcklin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henry Bäcklin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Ivan Lindholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lilla edet BK's Lucas Wästerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Karlsson in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rudolf Karlsson to strike the kick off in the second half. One of Svenstavik:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lilla edet BK:s goal.
