Väderstad FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tommy Holm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Tommy Holm managed to get in a good position for a shot. After having played for 42 minutes, Kåre Isaksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kolmården FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kåre Isaksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Väderstad FK's Edmund Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Holm in the 45th minute of play. Edmund Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Kåre Isaksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Jakobsson having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viktor Giliusson made a kick off. Kolmården FF's Vilhelm Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Magnusson in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Kåre Isaksson made a precise shot to the right of Edmund Jakobsson. Väderstad FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Kolmården FF's Vilhelm Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Magnusson in the 60th minute of play. After 60 played minutes Kolmården FF got a freekick which was hit by Thor Vik. In the 67th minute, Edward Cane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th play minute Kåre Isaksson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edmund Jakobsson. 1-3. Lars Granberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Väderstad FK's players had a chance to rest. When Viktor Giliusson fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Väderstad FK's protests and gave Viktor Giliusson a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes Väderstad FK got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Giliusson. When the final whistle sounded Kolmården FF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Väderstad FK.
